Billabong XXL Monster Wave Contest
Seven of our photos from the 2006 Maverick’s Surf Contest are entered in this year’s Billabong XXL Global Big Wave Awards, in the paddle-in category. While our photos are not likely to win any awards, it is fun to be alongside some truly epic photos of monster waves, especially the recent shots from Tasmania as well as huge waves at Todos Santos earlier this year.
