The largest trees in the world, Giant Sequoia's (Sequoiadendron giganteum) occur in a small number of groves in California's western Sierra Range. These epic trees can exceed 300 feet (100m) in height and live 2,000 to 3,000 years. Yosemite National Park has a few clusters of Giant Sequoias, including the easily accessible Mariposa Grove near Wawona.Giant Sequoia tree. Mariposa Grove, Yosemite National Park, California, USA
