Sea of Cortez Underwater Canon 7D Video Footage

Filed under: Mexico, Video on 1/1/2012

I recently finished editing still photographs made in the Sea of Cortez in November. While I was shooting photos I also took some time to grab video footage with the Canon 7D that I was using. This is a rough edit that I made from some clips, assembled in iMovie. Be sure to select “720p” in the lower right of the Youtube player. Enjoy …

  1. Beautiful footage, Phil. Really enjoyed watching. What underwater housing did you use with your 7D?

  2. Hi Andrew, thanks. The housing was an Aquatica, with a Subal glass dome. I have since sold the housing as I am done shooting underwater for a while (I rarely do it anymore). The 7D is for sale, excellent condition, if you are interested. Cheers!
