South American Sea Lion, Patagonia, Argentina

I was in Patagonia recently to photograph Southern Right Whales.  While there, my friends and I took a morning to visit South American Sea Lions (Otaria flavescens) near the coastal city of Puerto Madryn.  A resident colony of South American sea lions is there, and it is relatively simple to visit and freedive with them.  Without strobes to properly light these beautiful, inquisitive pinnipeds I was a little hamstrung, but I did manage one photograph that I am happy with.  Thank you for Jorge Natale and Master Divers in Puerto Madryn for your great dive services.  Cheers, and thanks for looking!
